About the ruler generator

A 3D printed ruler is handy at the workbench, in a school bag or as a giveaway. The millimeter marks and numbers are raised and in another color, easy to read.

Choose centimeters (marks every 1 mm, longer at 5 and 10 mm) or inches (1/16" marks), the length and width. A hole at the end lets you hang it on the wall.

FAQ

Is the ruler accurate?

As accurate as your printer, usually 0.1 to 0.2 mm over 150 mm. For critical measurements, use a metal ruler.

Can I add a name?

Yes: in the editor, add text on the plain part of the ruler.

Is it free?

Which format do I download?

3MF (recommended: keeps colors and opens directly in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and Creality Print), STL or OBJ, always in millimeters.
