About the candle and soap mold generator
Handmade candles and soaps get much more personal with your own mold: in any shape and size, with a name or initial engraved. The generator makes an open-top mold with slightly flared walls so the piece comes out easily.
The text is mirrored at the bottom so it reads correctly on the piece. For candles, a hole in the center of the bottom holds the wick.

How it works

- Print with solid walls and seal with silicone if needed.

- Let the wax cool to about 60 °C before pouring.
- Apply mold release or oil before use.
- Thin layers give a smoother piece.
FAQ
Can the mold take hot wax?
PETG handles it better than PLA. Pour the wax at 60–65 °C, not boiling.
Why is the text mirrored?
So it comes out right on the candle or soap, which is the "copy" of the mold.
Does it work for resin?
Yes, but use mold release. For resin, silicone molds made from this part work even better.
Is it free?
Yes. The maker and the editor are free and run in your browser. Without an account, the project is kept for 48 hours; with a free account, it is kept in your account.
Which format do I download?
3MF (recommended: keeps colors and opens directly in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and Creality Print), STL or OBJ, always in millimeters.
