About the pipe clamp generator

Fixing a pipe, LED tube, hose or thick cable to a wall needs a clamp of the right diameter. This generator makes two styles: the saddle, which wraps the pipe and screws down at both ears, and the C clip, where the pipe snaps in.

Both print on their side so the arc is strong, and have countersunk holes so the screw head sits flush.

FAQ

What is the difference between the styles?

The saddle presses the pipe against the wall and holds it firmly. The C clip lets the pipe snap in and out without unscrewing.

The pipe is loose.

Reduce the clearance to 0 or 0.1 mm, or enter a diameter 0.5 mm smaller.

Is it free?

Yes. The maker and the editor are free and run in your browser. Without an account, the project is kept for 48 hours; with a free account, it is kept in your account.

Which format do I download?

3MF (recommended: keeps colors and opens directly in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer and Creality Print), STL or OBJ, always in millimeters.
